TikTok is full of easy Trader Joe’s meals that require few ingredients but are packed with flavor. This one is quite possibly the easiest I’ve come across and if you’re the one who always orders the spinach artichoke dip at Houston’s (Hillstone?), then it’s for you. It’s basically 4 ingredients and all of them are cooked. Easyyyyyy



Chop up a package of their precooked chicken (plain or the lemon grilled one works well) and toss with one can of artichoke hearts (patted dry and chopped up), one of their frozen spinach and artichoke dips (microwaved according to package directions), and a top layer of grated Parmesan. I think I had some leftover sautéed onions from the previous night’s meal and I tossed those in too, but it’s certainly not necessary.


I thought it was particularly good spooned onto toasted garlic butter sourdough. (But was still pretty happy eating it with the rice once the bread ran out.) I’ll be making it again because it felt like a weeknight lifesaver.
